Ideal weight for women (in Kg) = Height in cm - 100 - ( Height in cm - 150) /2,5 )

Example for a woman of 1.65 m: 165 - 100 - ((165 - 150) / 2.5) = 59 kg

How to calculate your ideal weight according to your morphology with the Creff formula?

You will note that this formula takes into account the age and applies a coefficient according to its morphology. But nothing concerning the sex of the individual.

Ideal weight (in Kg) of an individual with a "gracile" morphology = (Height in cm - 100 + (age in years / 10)) X 0,9

How to calculate your ideal weight according to the Monnerot-Dumaine formula?

This system integrates the notion of corpulence, but not sex.

Ideal weight (in Kg) = (Height in cm - 100 + (4 X Wrist circumference in cm)) / 2

Example for a woman of 1.65 m with a wrist circumference of 15 cm: (165 - 100 + (4 X 14)) / 2 = 60,5 kg

What is BMI?

The body mass index is a way of relating weight to height. It is calculated by dividing the body weight in kilograms by the square of the height in meters.

How to calculate it? The formula is as follows for someone who weighs 78 kg and is 1.80 m tall: CMI = 78 / (1.80)² = 24.0
