However, she also advises making these exercises even more effective by using a type of skating disc called core sliders. Just place a disc under each foot for the plank to become an even more efficient exercise, but also more fun.
Gliding discs are ideal on most surfaces used in the home, including carpet, smooth parquet or laminate flooring. They will also go very well on tile without joints. On the other hand, do not bother to buy them for the exterior or on concrete.
